1. Registration and Identification:
We kindly ask all guests to register upon entry. For your safety and ours, please present a valid ID such as Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, or Passport.
2. Flexible Room Charges:
Our room charges may vary based on market conditions. Rest assured, we aim to provide the best value for your comfortable stay.
3. Energy Conservation:
To contribute to energy conservation, we request guests to turn lights on and off as needed. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
4. Inclusive Utilities:
Your stay charge covers electric and water expenses. No need to worry about additional bills; it’s all included.
5. Complimentary Wi-Fi:
Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay. Just let us know if you need it, and we’ll ensure you stay connected.
6. Kitchen Facilities on Demand:
If you plan to cook, utensils and gas can be provided upon request. Gas refilling charges are customer’s responsibility.
7. Check-Out Timing:
Check-out is usually at 10:00 am, with a one-hour grace period in exceptional cases. Please inform the front desk if you need extra time.
8. Key Handover:
Kindly hand over your room key to the manager or an authorized Kanglei Guest House personnel before departure. Transportation
9. Arrangements:
Transportation is self-arranged if needed, but we are happy to provide a few contact numbers for your convenience. Emergency Hospital
10. Assistance:
In case of a medical emergency, we will assist you with transportation to the hospital. Your well-being is our priority.
